UK & International Delivery

Delivery costs

All of your orders with ICE come with free standard delivery in the UK. You can expect delivery within 3 working days after dispatch.

At checkout you can also select to have your order delivered with 1st Class Recorded delivery via the Royal Mail. This costs £2.25. You can expect delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Unless otherwise stated we will dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received. 

International delivery

For deliveries within Europe, estimated delivery times are 3 - 14 business days.

For the USA, Canada, China, Russia and everywhere else, please expect a delivery time of 5 to 25 business days.

Whilst we make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, some things are outside of our control and there may be delays at International customs. We dispatch as fast as we can but you location will determine how long it takes to arrive at your destination.

Discreet Packaging

All of our orders are packaged securely and discreetly. We do not put text, markers or stickers on our packages; we use plain, sealed and protective envelopes. These will arrive looking like any other online order.

Stock

Please note: Our cannabis seeds are extremely popular and can go in and out of stock quickly. We do not reserve seeds until payment has been received.

If the time required to receive and process your payment isn't in your favour, we will send you an email that gives you the option of choosing a replacement seed or getting a refund during the fulfillment phase of the order process. Make sure to check your emails, including your junk/spam folders .
